Delivery and payment

DELIVERY OPTIONS

• Orders are accepted daily, and order dispatch is carried out on business days.
• Delivery is provided by Nova Poshta.
• Typically, delivery takes 1-3 days depending on the region.

PAYMENT

We accept payment through the Fondy payment service – with VISA and MasterCard credit/debit cards, as well as Apple/Google Pay.

RETURN

Return is carried out only on the territory of Ukraine.

Return is carried out by the Nova Poshta delivery service within 14 days after receiving the order.

How to initiate a return/exchange:

1. Contact our manager and inform them about the exchange or return (you can do this by messaging on Telegram or direct message).
2. Pack the item properly to prevent damage during shipping.
3. Upon receiving the item, our managers will inspect it for wear or any other damage and process the refund.

IMPORTANT: The customer is responsible for covering the costs of shipping for exchanges or returns.

The item must be in new condition, free from signs of wear and other damage, and must include all tags.

Additional information:

Returns or exchanges are not applicable to swimwear and underwear.
